Insuwell is a dietary supplement in capsule form containing cinnamon, chromium, inositol, and biotin. I tried it to see if it would help me gently maintain more stable blood sugar, along with better food choices and some walking. What I wanted most was to reduce the sudden cravings that hit me late in the afternoon.

My box had ten orange capsules, so I saw it as a short trial from the start, not a long-term solution. I took one capsule every morning after breakfast, almost always with coffee and something light. On the first day, I took it almost on an empty stomach, and my stomach bothered me a bit for about half an hour, so from then on, I made sure to have eaten first, even if it was just yogurt or a slice of bread.

The capsules were easy to swallow with water. They didn’t have a strong smell, but when I opened the box, a sweet cinnamon scent came out. Once, a capsule got stuck in my throat because I drank a little water, and after that, I always kept a full glass next to me. A small detail, but it matters with such products.

During the first week, I didn’t feel anything I could clearly attribute to Insuwell. I continued to feel hungry when I went many hours without food, and in the afternoon, I wanted something sweet again. It didn’t cut my appetite, nor did I expect it to. I also didn’t notice any sudden change in my mood or energy levels.

Towards the end of the ten days, I noticed that I was a bit calmer after lunch. Usually, if I ate pasta or bread, I would feel sluggish after a while and look for something sweet. With Insuwell, that didn’t disappear, but it seemed milder on the days I ate more carefully. I can’t say for sure that it was solely due to the capsules, as during that time I had also reduced my soda intake.

The most useful aspect for me was that it served as a reminder to maintain a routine. I took the capsule after breakfast, and then it was easier for me not to skip my mid-morning snack or to go for a short walk. This wasn’t a magical effect of the product. It was simply the way I incorporated it into my daily life.

What I didn’t like

  • If I took it on an empty stomach, I experienced a slight upset stomach.
  • Sometimes it left a strange sweet taste in my mouth, like cinnamon that had lingered for a while.
  • The ten capsules ran out quickly, so I couldn’t draw a safe conclusion about longer-term use.
  • It didn’t solve my cravings when I slept little or when I was very stressed.

I didn’t see a significant change in my weight, nor would I expect that from such a supplement. It didn’t properly replace meals, exercise, or blood sugar control when needed. The mention of contributing to normal blood glucose levels seemed reasonable as a supplementary aid, but not as a promise of a cure.

I would see it more for someone who has already started paying attention to their diet and wants a simple, short supplement in their routine. It suits a person who doesn’t expect immediate results and can take it consistently after meals. I wouldn’t recommend it to someone who wants to manage high blood sugar or severe symptoms on their own. Anyone taking medication for blood sugar, who is pregnant, breastfeeding, or has a chronic issue should discuss it with a doctor first.

I would buy it again only if I wanted to try it for a longer period and with a more consistent meal schedule. It didn’t cause me any problems when I took it correctly, but it also didn’t give me a reason to consider it essential. For me, it was a gentle support in my routine, not a solution for blood sugar.
