Slimital are capsules that I tried when I was trying to return to a more regular routine and reduce my weight a bit after long hours of sitting at work. I expected them to help curb my evening cravings for sweets.

The package contained twenty capsules in a black bottle with a red-orange flame design. I was intrigued by the mention of natural ingredients and support for active burning on the packaging, but I took it with a grain of salt. I didn’t expect the capsules to solve my issues with food, exercise, or sleep.

How I took them

I stuck to a simple routine: one capsule in the morning after breakfast, followed by a large glass of water. I took them for six weeks straight. For the first two days, I placed the capsule next to my coffee cup so I wouldn’t forget it, but once I accidentally swallowed it with my coffee, and it wasn’t pleasant.

That day, I had a dry mouth for about an hour and a slightly irritated stomach. Later, I found that they suited me better after a meal, ideally with yogurt, eggs, or oatmeal. I didn’t take them on an empty stomach. I tried it once before my morning commute and felt uncomfortable rumbling in my stomach, although it wasn’t exactly pain.

Along with that, I adjusted a few ordinary things. On weekdays, I walked briskly for about half an hour after lunch, and in the evenings, I stopped bringing sweets to the TV. I just noted my meals in my phone to see how many little things I had eaten throughout the day.

What I observed about myself

In the first week, almost nothing happened. I didn’t have more energy, my weight didn’t change, and my evening cravings for sweets remained the same. This period frustrated me a bit because I tended to expect visible results immediately.

In the second week, I mainly noticed that I thought less about my next meal after breakfast. It wasn’t a feeling of fullness that lasted all morning. Rather, I was better at sticking to my plan and didn’t automatically get up from work for a cookie. I don’t know exactly how much of that was due to Slimital and how much was because I was monitoring my routine.

Around the third week, it became easier for me to refuse evening snacking. I still had something sweet when I craved it, but usually, a small portion was enough. I used to eat an entire package of cookies without thinking. Now I often closed it after three or four pieces.

After six weeks, my weight dropped by just over a kilogram. I don’t take that as proof that the capsules were solely responsible. I ate more sensibly and walked more, so the result was more about the overall routine. Slimital may have helped me maintain the beginning, but I didn’t feel any significant surge of energy or rapid burning.

What bothered me

  • Sometimes I experienced dry mouth again after the morning capsule.
  • Twice I had a slightly sensitive stomach when breakfast was too small.
  • I felt unwell after swallowing it with coffee.
  • The bottle with twenty capsules didn’t last long if one maintained a daily routine.
  • I would have appreciated a clearer overview of all the ingredients and their amounts.

I would recommend Slimital more to someone who already wants to make a change and is looking for a little support for consistency. It might suit someone who mainly struggles with evening snacking and irregular meals. I wouldn’t expect it to replace exercise or solve long-term overeating due to stress.

I would avoid it if someone expects rapid weight loss without adjusting their diet. I would also be cautious when taking medications, having a sensitive stomach, or other health issues. In such a situation, I would review the composition with a doctor or pharmacist.

I would buy Slimital again only if I had a well-established routine and also verified the complete composition. For me, it was more of an aid to discipline than something that would do the work for me.
