I tried Crave Burner because I was stuck in a late-afternoon snacking loop and wanted something that would help me say no without feeling miserable. It is a capsule supplement for appetite control and craving reduction, and the main thing I wanted was fewer sweet cravings after lunch.

The bottle I used was a white one with orange accents, and it came as a 90-capsule pack. I took it for just over seven weeks. My routine was simple: two capsules a day, one mid-morning with a big glass of water and one mid-afternoon, usually around 3 p.m. when I would normally start hunting for food again. I learned quickly that I should not take the second dose too late, because it could affect my sleep. I also avoided taking it on an empty stomach after I got a slightly queasy, hollow feeling that way.

I am a coffee drinker, but while I was using Crave Burner I cut myself down to one mug in the morning. I did not want to stack stimulants if any of the ingredients acted that way. The capsules were easy enough to swallow, and when I opened the bottle there was a faint herbal smell, somewhere between tea leaves and mint. One practical annoyance was that the capsules picked up smells if I carried them loose in a pocket case, so I stopped doing that and just kept the bottle at work.

What I noticed in the first few weeks

By the end of the first week, I could not say I felt a dramatic change. I was still thinking about food, and I did not get any big burst of energy. What I did notice was a slightly drier mouth and more thirst, which was actually useful because it pushed me to drink more water. My cravings were still there, but on some days they felt a little less urgent.

Week two was when it started to feel more consistent. The mid-afternoon capsule seemed to make the gap between lunch and dinner easier to handle. I did not feel stuffed, and it did not replace willpower, but I stopped doing the automatic biscuit grab while the kettle boiled. That was the first point where I realised I had gone a few workdays without rummaging for sweets at my desk.

By weeks three and four, I would describe the main benefit as appetite control rather than any kind of fat-burning effect. I felt full a bit sooner at lunch, and I was less likely to go back for a second helping. My sweet tooth did not disappear, but it was quieter. The strong „I need something sugary right now” feeling showed up less often, and when it did, I could usually deal with it using yoghurt or fruit instead of chocolate. Some days I also felt a mild, steady lift in energy, but it was not predictable enough for me to count on.

Food cravings did not turn into salad cravings. It just gave me a pause before snacking, and that pause mattered more than I expected. The oddest thing was that mint tasted stronger for a couple of weeks. My toothpaste felt extra intense. I do not know why, but that was real for me.

The downsides I had to work around

It was not all smooth. A few side sensations showed up, and I think they are worth spelling out plainly.

  • I had two days in the first fortnight where I felt slightly jittery, as if I had had an extra coffee.
  • If I took the second dose after about 4 p.m., I would lie in bed feeling awake and a bit wired.
  • I got mild stomach gurgling and some wind on and off, especially after greasy food.
  • An occasional headache appeared, and it usually settled after water and a proper snack.

It also did not fix the deeper reason I overate. If I was stressed, I still wanted comfort food. The difference was that I found it easier to stop at one portion instead of sliding into a full snack spiral. I also do not think it would have done much on its own if I kept eating the same way. For me, the scale only moved when I paired it with boring basics: smaller portions, more walking, and fewer liquid calories. Crave Burner felt like a helper, not the driver.

The formula I used listed green tea extract, guarana extract, vitamins B6 and B12, chromium, birch bark extract, dandelion root extract, mint leaf extract, and liquorice root extract. I cannot tell which ingredient was doing the heavy lifting, but the blend looked aimed at appetite, energy, and cravings rather than being a harsh stimulant. That matched how it felt to me most days.

I think it suits people whose diet keeps falling apart in the same hunger window, especially if that problem shows up in the afternoon. It also makes sense if you like a predictable routine and can time it around your danger zones. I would be cautious if you are sensitive to caffeine, anxious, prone to insomnia, or already living on energy drinks, because the guarana and green tea side of it felt real on the jittery days. I would also want proper advice first if I were on medication or had a condition that makes appetite suppressants a bad idea, because supplements are not checked in the same way as medicines.

I would probably buy Crave Burner again for another short stretch if I wanted to reset snacking habits, but I would not see it as a permanent solution. It helped me snack less and feel a bit more in control, but it came with a few minor side effects and only worked when I did my part. I do think it is worth trying for the right person, as long as you are realistic about what it can and cannot do.
