Diaflex Forte is a dietary supplement in tablet form that I tried due to borderline morning values and frequent fatigue after meals. I mainly wanted more consistent energy throughout the day and fewer sharp drops after lunch.
The packaging I received was a white bottle with a red label, containing 20 tablets. The product was presented on the label as support for prediabetes and diabetes, and the inscriptions were in English, which I didn’t like because I prefer clear instructions in my native language.
How I took it
I took one tablet daily after breakfast and washed it down with a full glass of water. I never took it on an empty stomach because the first time I made the mistake of taking it only with coffee and half a banana, and my stomach cramped for about an hour. After that, I was more careful.
I took Diaflex Forte for a total of eight weeks. I kept the bottle next to the box of oatmeal so I wouldn’t forget it. When I carried it in my backpack, the tablets rattled loudly, which annoyed me more than I expected. Once I missed a dose and didn’t make up for it with a double dose the next day.
What I felt
During the first week, I didn’t notice anything beneficial. I didn’t have more energy, my appetite remained the same, and my glucose meter readings continued to fluctuate. I also experienced slight bloating after dinner and had softer stools twice. I can’t prove that this was solely due to the supplement, but the feeling started after the first dose and faded by the end of the week.
Around the third week, I noticed the first real change. After lunch, I no longer felt so drowsy. Previously, I often reached for something sweet around four in the afternoon, but then that craving became quieter and easier to ignore. The change was moderate, not dramatic.
After the fourth week, my morning values seemed a bit more stable. There was no miracle, and I didn’t get perfect results every morning. However, at the same time, I had also changed other things: I reduced sugary drinks, started having dinner earlier, and walked for about 20 minutes after meals. Therefore, I don’t attribute everything to Diaflex Forte. Rather, it helped me as a supplement.
By the sixth week, I felt less heavy after a hearty lunch. My concentration in the late afternoon was also a bit better. This was the most beneficial effect for me. I didn’t notice any change in sleep, mood, or physical endurance.
Drawbacks I can’t overlook
There were also unpleasant things that repeated for me:
- if I took it after a lighter breakfast, there was a bitterness and slight nausea;
- twice I felt dryness in my mouth about an hour after taking it;
- the smell from the opened bottle seemed grassy and slightly stale;
- when carried in a backpack, the tablets rattled annoyingly.
I didn’t experience shaking, cold sweats, or severe dizziness, but I was carefully monitoring for such signs. It doesn’t seem like a product that can be taken without considering food and other habits.
Who I think it is suitable for
In my opinion, Diaflex Forte is suitable for someone with borderline values who is already working on their nutrition and exercise and is looking for additional support. It is also suitable for people who can regularly monitor their reactions instead of waiting for a miracle from one package.
I would skip it if I had a sensitive stomach, during pregnancy, or while breastfeeding. I wouldn’t combine it on my own with insulin or other blood sugar medications. In cases of diabetes or recurring high values, I believe that talking to a doctor is more important than any supplement.
I wouldn’t replace prescribed treatment with Diaflex Forte. For me, it was a small but visible support, not a solution in itself. If someone relies solely on it and continues with sugary drinks, late dinners, and heavy desserts, the effect, in my experience, will remain limited.
I would buy it again for another limited period if I have borderline results again and my doctor has no objections. Over eight weeks, I felt moderate benefits, mainly against afternoon fatigue and slightly more stable morning values. Yes, there was stomach discomfort at the beginning, but for me, it remained tolerable if the tablet was taken after food.
My verdict is that Diaflex Forte is not a scam, but it is also not something I would call strong. For me, it worked only as a supplement to a better regimen.
