Ultiplex is a dietary supplement in capsule form that is said to support immunity, energy, and vitality. I tried it during a time when I often felt exhausted after work and wanted something simple for my morning routine. I was mainly hoping for less afternoon fatigue.

The bottle contained twenty capsules and looked quite ordinary, which suited me. I didn’t have to mix anything or measure doses. I took one capsule every morning after breakfast and always washed it down with a large glass of water.

The act of taking it with water turned out to be important. Once, I swallowed it with just a small sip of coffee, and it felt uncomfortable in my throat for a while. Since then, I only took it with water. I didn’t try it on an empty stomach because similar supplements sometimes don’t sit well with me, and I had no issues after meals.

How it affected me

I managed to take it for just under three weeks, until the bottle was empty. I only missed one day when I was in a hurry in the morning and left the capsule at home on the kitchen counter. During the first week, nothing much happened. I swallowed it in the morning, went to work, and throughout the day, I didn’t notice any clear change.

I considered that normal. I didn’t expect an immediate effect from a dietary supplement. However, it did annoy me a bit that after several days, there was no sign that anything had changed. By the second week, I felt a somewhat more stable energy after lunch. It wasn’t a surge of strength or a desire to do ten things at once. I rather noticed that I wasn’t yawning as much in front of the computer around three in the afternoon.

Previously, I often had another coffee at that time. During the use, I reached for it less often, although I don’t think it was solely due to Ultiplex. I also slept more because I was monitoring my evening routine, and that definitely played a role. By the end of the third week, I felt that my mornings were less broken. The alarm still bothered me, but I got going faster after breakfast. That was a nice, albeit small change for me.

The capsules didn’t fix fatigue after a short night. When I went to bed late, the next day was just as tough as before. Probably for that reason, I wouldn’t consider it a solution for long-term fatigue or anything that significantly limits normal functioning.

What bothered me

  • After two morning doses, I felt a slight warmth in my stomach for about half an hour.
  • The capsules had a more pronounced herbal scent upon opening the bottle, which I didn’t find very pleasant.
  • I didn’t see any change in concentration, mood, or sleep quality.
  • The effect on energy was subtle, making it easy to doubt whether it was just a better day.

The warmth in my stomach wasn’t painful and disappeared quickly after breakfast. If it happened more often or was stronger, I would have stopped taking the capsules. I also wouldn’t take them in the evening. Once, I tried it later in the morning and felt less hungry for lunch afterward, which I didn’t like.

I would consider Ultiplex suitable for someone who wants a simple supplement to complement reasonable sleep, food, and exercise. It might work for someone who experiences a mild afternoon energy drop and expects gradual support rather than a dramatic effect. I don’t see it as a protective shield against everything, but rather as a small addition to a regular routine. I would be cautious if allergic to plant ingredients, when regularly taking medications, and during pregnancy, because I wouldn’t take it without clear verification of the composition.

I would buy Ultiplex again only in a similar demanding period when I wanted subtle support for my morning routine. I wouldn’t expect a miracle from it, and before getting another package, I would check the complete composition more thoroughly. For me, it was a mild helper for afternoon energy, but not a substitute for sleep or a solution for fatigue as such.
