Weiprost is a dietary supplement in capsule form that I took to support my prostate and improve comfort during urination. I chose it because I was waking up at night more often than I wanted, and I felt my stream was weaker. My main concern was to have a more restful sleep.
I bought a package with twenty capsules. I noticed turmeric, ashwagandha, and cranberry on the label, as this type of composition seemed to me to support such ailments. I wasn’t expecting quick results. I just wanted to see if I would feel a difference after a few weeks.
How I used it
I took Weiprost regularly for six weeks. I took one capsule in the morning and one in the evening, usually after a meal. At first, I tried the morning dose before breakfast, but I experienced a slight discomfort in my stomach, so I moved it to after eating, and then it was fine.
The capsules themselves were a bit large for me, and I had to drink a considerable amount of water with them. It wasn’t anything dramatic, but during my morning routine, I felt that this detail could easily discourage someone less patient. I kept the evening dose next to my tea cup because I once forgot about it and only remembered the next day.
What I noticed after a few weeks
The first week passed without any noticeable changes. I was still getting up at night, and morning urination was the slowest part of my day. On the other hand, I didn’t experience any burning or pain, so at least I didn’t feel that the supplement was harming me.
In the second week, I noticed a slight improvement. In the morning, I didn’t have to wait as long for everything to start, although the stream was still not what I wanted. To avoid relying solely on my impressions, I recorded on my phone how many times I got up at night for a few days. Previously, I would wake up twice, and later it was often just once.
I felt a more noticeable change around the third week. The urgent need to go to the bathroom late in the evening decreased. It didn’t disappear completely, especially after consuming more fluids after dinner, but it was easier for me to sleep through the first part of the night. This was the biggest benefit I experienced from the whole usage.
After about a month, the situation stabilized. I usually slept with one wake-up or none, although not every night. On more stressful days or after a late dinner, I still had two bathroom visits. I wouldn’t call it a complete solution, but the problem became less bothersome.
Cons that I really noticed
- the capsules were a bit too large;
- on an empty stomach, they caused slight discomfort in my stomach;
- the effect built up slowly, and in the first few days, it was easy to think that nothing was happening;
- a greater difference was still made by limiting fluids before bed and avoiding evening snacking;
- coffee and beer still increased my need to urinate more frequently.
I also didn’t notice any improvement in energy, libido, or well-being that I could honestly attribute to the capsules themselves. This is important to me because it’s easy to expect too much from such a supplement. For me, it worked more on nighttime comfort than anything else.
I think Weiprost might be suitable for someone with mild, initial issues related to more frequent urination, who can take the capsules regularly and has the patience for slow action. I wouldn’t recommend it to someone with severe pain, blood in urine, fever, sudden urinary retention, or rapidly worsening symptoms. In such situations, I wouldn’t wait for the supplement to take effect.
After six weeks, I would say that Weiprost helped me partially and without spectacular changes, but noticeably. Would I buy it again? Probably yes, if the symptoms returned in a similar, mild form. I didn’t consider it a miracle remedy, but it gave me more peaceful nights and a bit more comfort in the morning.
