I took Deluron as a dietary supplement for men’s health because I had long-term discomfort around my prostate and especially frequent urination in the evening and at night. I mainly wanted more comfortable urination without burning and without that unpleasant feeling of constantly needing to watch for the nearest restroom.

These are capsules with plant extracts and minerals. In my case, it acted like a combination of tribulus, nettle root, zinc, and in some descriptions, saw palmetto, vitamin E, and selenium. I didn’t expect it to be a medicine. I viewed it as a supportive thing and was cautious about it from the start.

I took the capsules daily, one in the morning after breakfast and another in the evening after dinner. I usually don’t tolerate such things on an empty stomach, so I always washed it down with a large glass of water. This paid off because when I took the evening capsule once with just a few sips, I felt slightly nauseous. The packaging was in a box, and I preferred to transfer the capsules to a small pillbox because I wasn’t always sure if I had taken the morning dose. I maintained the usage for about six weeks straight.

During the first week, almost nothing happened. I might have felt a slightly reduced pressure in my lower abdomen, but it could easily have been related to my increased awareness of drinking in the evening. In the second week, I noticed the first practical change: nighttime awakenings decreased from about two trips to the restroom to one. It wasn’t every day, but there was a trend, and that was important to me.

In the third and fourth weeks, the change became more stable. Urination felt less nervous, the flow was somewhat smoother, and after urinating, I didn’t have that unpleasant feeling that it wasn’t completely finished. That was the biggest benefit for me. It wasn’t a dramatic breakthrough. Rather, it was a gradual calming that I started to notice in my daily life.

As for pain and burning, the effect was weaker. The burning mainly occurred after prolonged sitting and after spicy food. Deluron didn’t eliminate it, but I had fewer days when I reached for over-the-counter pain relief because of it. I also expected a shift in the sexual area because similar products often indirectly target that. However, my libido didn’t significantly increase, and neither did my erections. I felt more calm in my head because I was less troubled by urinary issues. This then manifests at home at least indirectly, just not in the form of a quick effect.

However, I wouldn’t want to exaggerate either the benefits or the comfort of use. I did have a few unpleasant experiences:

  • On about the third day, I had slight bloating and gurgling in my stomach, mainly in the evening.
  • Once, after taking the evening capsule, I felt slightly nauseous when I almost took it without water.
  • After about two weeks, I had a feeling of a dry mouth in the morning.
  • It didn’t directly solve sleep issues. When I was stressed, I still woke up the same way, just without needing to go to the bathroom twice.

Digestion was the most visible downside for me at the beginning. After a week, it subsided, but the first few days weren’t entirely pleasant. At the same time, I was bothered by the uncertainty about what one is actually buying and where it comes from. The box states it’s a dietary supplement, so I approached it cautiously. I didn’t consider it a treatment, just a support. If someone has significant pain, blood in urine, fever, or sudden deterioration, I wouldn’t delay seeking help for capsules.

For me, Deluron made sense mainly as a supportive thing for men with mild to moderate issues of frequent urination, pressure in the lower abdomen, and the feeling of incomplete urination. It needs time. For me, changes started to occur only from the second week, and it was more noticeable around the third and fourth weeks. If someone has a sensitive stomach, they should expect that the first few days may lead to digestive upset.

Would I buy it again? Maybe yes, but rather only during a period when my issues worsened, and I would want to try a supportive option. I wouldn’t consider it a long-term crutch. For me, Deluron brought noticeable calming of urination after a few weeks, but it wasn’t a miracle and certainly not a quick solution for all men’s issues.
