Urosaf is a supplement for prostate support and more comfortable urination. I started taking it because I had been waking up several times at night and my stream was weaker than before. I mainly wanted to reduce the nighttime urges without expecting a quick fix.

For me, the product came in capsules. I took one in the morning and one in the evening with a glass of water after meals. The first two days I took them with coffee, and that was a mistake because I felt a slight burning in my stomach. After switching to taking them after breakfast and dinner, that issue almost disappeared. I kept the box in the kitchen next to the cups; otherwise, I would easily forget the evening dose.

What I noticed over time

I took Urosaf for just over two months. During the first ten days, I didn’t see any significant change, and it was important for me to accept that calmly. I’m not one of those people who expect capsules to work miracles in a week, and that was exactly my experience.

In the second week, the difference was very slight. I was still waking up at night, but on a few evenings it was only once instead of twice. By the third week, I started to feel that I wasn’t delaying going to the bathroom as much, and my stream wasn’t as shaky. This wasn’t a dramatic change, but it was practical.

After about five weeks, the nighttime awakenings were already less frequent. They didn’t disappear completely. If I had dinner late, drank more fluids, or had been outside in the cold for a long time, I still had restless nights. In the meantime, I limited late beers and stopped drinking a large cup of tea before bed, so I can’t say that everything was solely due to the product.

On my package, I saw plant ingredients like saw palmetto extract, nettle, zinc, and cranberry extract. I’ve encountered other descriptions of the composition, so I only looked at what was written on my box. I can’t honestly say which ingredient provided the effect or if everything was solely due to Urosaf.

Things I didn’t like

There are some downsides. The herbal aftertaste lingered briefly if I didn’t drink enough water. One time I also felt slight bloating after the evening dose. It wasn’t painful, but it was uncomfortable. When I missed a capsule, nothing particularly happened, which made me wonder how stable the effect was.

  • Slight burning in the stomach if I took it with coffee.
  • Herbal aftertaste when I didn’t drink enough water.
  • One-time slight bloating after the evening dose.
  • Slow and moderate effect, not a quick result.

To be honest, I didn’t notice a clear improvement in sexual function. I wasn’t primarily looking for that, but I was curious because the product is also marketed in that direction. I didn’t experience any noticeable difference in desire or erection, nor any surge of energy. If someone takes it solely for that purpose, they might be disappointed.

I wouldn’t recommend it for severe pain, fever, blood in urine, sudden difficulty urinating, or sudden deterioration. Such signs are not to be waited out with a supplement. I also wouldn’t give it to someone with an allergy to any of the herbs in the composition. I wouldn’t combine it on my own with many other prostate products either, as it would be hard to understand how each one affects.

In my opinion, Urosaf is more suitable for a man with mild, gradual complaints who is ready to take it regularly for at least two months and change a few habits in the evening. It’s not a good choice for someone who expects to have no urges or discomfort the next day. It’s not a substitute for a check-up if symptoms persist.

I would take it again, but only if nighttime awakenings start bothering me again and after talking to a urologist. For me, the effect was moderate and slow, not impressive. It helped me a little with urination, but it didn’t solve everything I hoped it would.
