I tried the Urixen dietary supplement for men in capsule form because I had been experiencing a more frequent urge to urinate at night for a while, and my sexual desire was also inconsistent. My main goal was to reduce the number of times I had to get up at night.

The box and the bottle gave a simple impression. The white packaging with blue circular patterns contained twenty capsules, which were of medium size and easy for me to swallow. I didn’t like that I found little clear information in Hungarian about the ingredients and their quantities, so I didn’t expect any dramatic changes from it.

How I took it

I took the daily amount indicated on the packaging for six weeks. I took it after breakfast with a large glass of water, and that worked well for me. Once, in a hurry, I took it on an empty stomach, but I didn’t repeat that because I felt mild stomach growling and acid reflux for about half an hour. I didn’t have that issue when I took it with breakfast.

It’s a small detail, but I noticed that some capsules stuck together at the bottom of the bottle. I had to tap the bottle a few times. In a half-asleep state in the morning, this was particularly annoying, but it wasn’t a serious issue.

What I felt by the sixth week

I didn’t notice anything in the first week. I didn’t become more energetic, my mood didn’t change suddenly, and my evening bathroom visits remained the same. By the end of the second week, it seemed like I was waking up less frequently at night, but I couldn’t entirely attribute this to Urixen, as I had consciously been drinking less late in the evening.

Around the third week, I noticed a subtle but noticeable change. I woke up more refreshed on several mornings because I wasn’t getting up as often. This didn’t mean that I slept through every night. On two evenings, I woke up just the same, especially if I drank tea late or had a salty dinner.

I didn’t feel a dramatic difference in my potency. My desire seemed somewhat more consistent from the fourth week, but it’s hard to separate this from sleep, stress, and the fact that I was exercising more at that time. It definitely wouldn’t have solved any serious erectile issues for me if I had had them. I think it’s important to mention this because the promises on the packaging can easily raise expectations higher than what I actually experienced.

I can’t honestly say more about my testosterone levels because I didn’t have lab tests before and after. However, I can talk about my overall well-being. I didn’t become noticeably stronger, I didn’t change overnight, and I didn’t feel twenty years younger. However, my afternoon fatigue hit me less frequently in the last two weeks.

What I liked less

  • It caused an uncomfortable stomach feeling on an empty stomach.
  • I missed more detailed, understandable information about the ingredients.
  • Any noticeable effect developed slowly.
  • It didn’t completely eliminate the evening urge to urinate.

I think it might make sense for someone to try it if they are looking for supplementary support for milder, fluctuating complaints and are not expecting immediate results. I wouldn’t choose this as a first step for someone with painful urination, bloody urine, persistent erectile issues, severe lower abdominal pain, or suddenly worsening symptoms. In such cases, a medical examination is necessary, not just a bottle of dietary supplements.

I would probably buy it again if that restless period returned when nighttime awakenings disturbed my sleep. I didn’t see it as a miracle cure, but rather as a slowly, moderately helpful supplement. That was enough for me not to completely dismiss it, but I would only recommend it with cautious expectations.
