I took Uro Up Forte as a dietary supplement in tablet form to support my prostate and make urination more comfortable. I chose it because I had been experiencing frequent urination and a weak stream for several months, especially in the evening, and I mainly wanted to reduce nighttime trips to the bathroom.
I didn’t expect the tablets to solve everything on their own. First, I had my basic issues checked, as frequent urination can have multiple causes, and it’s not wise to attribute every burning sensation or pain solely to the prostate.
How I used it
I followed the recommendation to take one tablet three times a day after meals and always drink it down with a full glass of water. I took it in the morning after breakfast, the second one after lunch, and the third after dinner.
The middle dose was the most problematic for me. When I was out or had a light lunch, I easily forgot to take it. After a few days, I set a silent reminder on my phone and carried one tablet in a small box in my backpack.
I also tried it once on an empty stomach. My stomach didn’t get upset, but I felt a slight nausea and dryness in my mouth for about half an hour. Since then, I always took it after a normal meal. The tablets were quite easy to swallow, even though they are not very small.
What I observed
During the first week, I felt almost nothing. Maybe I was more mindful of my fluid intake, so I felt a slight improvement, but objectively I was still getting up once or twice a night. This frustrated me a bit because I expected a quicker effect.
In the second week, I began to notice that the evening urge was not as urgent. By the third week, I experienced the most noticeable change: the urine flow was smoother in the morning, and I didn’t have to wait as long for urination to start.
In the fourth week, I found myself sleeping more often without nighttime awakenings. This wasn’t the case every time. If I drank more water in the evening, had two beers, or a strong coffee late in the afternoon, I still woke up. Uro Up Forte didn’t solve the consequences of a poor evening routine for me.
I continued for six weeks straight. By the end, I felt more comfortable while urinating than before I started. The improvement was modest but noticeable for me. Not all days when I had an irritated feeling in my lower abdomen disappeared, especially after long periods of sitting in the car. And I wouldn’t say that the product significantly changed my libido or erection.
What bothered me
- three doses a day required discipline;
- it wasn’t pleasant on an empty stomach;
- the effect didn’t come quickly, and I felt almost nothing in the first few days;
- it didn’t solve nighttime urination after alcohol, coffee, or heavy drinking before bed.
On the other hand, I appreciated that I didn’t experience a rash, heart palpitations, or significant intestinal issues during use. However, that doesn’t mean it will suit everyone. In the product information, I saw a warning about interactions with blood-thinning medications, which I would definitely not underestimate. I would also take the same approach in case of pain, blood in urine, fever, sudden worsening of flow, or long-lasting issues.
I consider it suitable for a man who has mild and recurring issues with comfort during urination and can take it regularly for several weeks. It suits me more as a support for my routine rather than a quick fix. Those expecting an immediate solution for prostate inflammation, a significant change in enlarged prostate, or a major impact on sexual life within a few days will likely be disappointed.
If I experienced the same type of mild issues again and was sure it wasn’t a condition requiring examination, I would buy it again. I don’t see it as a substitute for treatment, but in my case, six weeks of regular use brought me somewhat calmer urination and less disturbed sleep.
For me, Uro Up Forte worked slowly and only mildly, but as a supplement to a reasonable drinking regimen, it made sense.
