I tried Pulsero as a dietary supplement in capsule form for men when I felt a decreased desire for intimacy during a challenging period and had less energy in the evenings. I mainly wanted to find out if it would help me regain my natural desire without promises of a quick miracle.
I took two packages and consumed one capsule daily after breakfast for a total of twenty days. I swallowed the first capsule only with coffee, and it made me feel a bit uneasy in my stomach, so from the second day, I switched to taking it after a regular meal, usually after oatmeal or eggs. This eliminated the uncomfortable feeling.
The capsules were not large and were easy to swallow. However, after opening the blister pack, I noticed a slightly herbal scent that I didn’t find pleasant. I kept the package in a drawer next to my mugs, as otherwise, I would occasionally forget to take the dose. For a supplement like this, consistency is more important to me than anything else.
On the packaging, I saw zinc, ginseng leaf extract, and damiana leaf extract. The composition seemed simple to me, without a long list of herbs that I wouldn’t understand anyway. At the same time, I didn’t take it as a guarantee of results. For me, sleep, exercise, and stress had a greater impact on my energy than one capsule a day.
What I Noticed About Myself
During the first week, almost nothing happened. I didn’t have more strength at work, there was no sudden burst of energy, and my intimate life didn’t change either. I was a bit disappointed because my expectations were higher than reality.
Starting from about the twelfth day, I noticed that I was less dull in the evenings. It wasn’t a feeling like after a strong coffee. Rather, I didn’t have such a tendency to immediately lie down in front of the TV and switch off after dinner. In the third week, I regained a slightly greater desire for closeness with my partner and felt calmer. The difference was small, but noticeable to me.
I wouldn’t say that Pulsero solved any significant erectile issues. I didn’t have such a problem. When I was sleep-deprived, overwhelmed, or had more alcohol in the evening, the capsules didn’t mask that at all. I thought it was important to say that outright. I perceived them more as a slight support during a time when I also started going to bed earlier and exercising twice a week again.
It was pleasant for me that I didn’t experience heart palpitations or nervousness. I was a bit worried about ginseng because I react sensitively to coffee. However, once I experienced a dry mouth after taking a capsule and mild heartburn twice. I can’t say for sure that this supplement caused it, but it did occur during the usage.
- it didn’t sit well on an empty stomach;
- the effect was slow and easily overlooked;
- ten capsules in a package is too few for a proper assessment;
- I was bothered by the herbal scent after opening the blister.
I didn’t expect a change in physique, a significant improvement in sports performance, or a permanently better mood, and none of that happened either. Waking up in the morning was still difficult when I went to bed late. Pulsero didn’t improve my concentration at work or eliminate stress. Anyone expecting a solution for fatigue, relationship tension, or health issues will likely be disappointed.
I would consider it suitable for a healthy adult man who wants to discreetly support his libido and is willing to commit to it for several weeks. It makes sense mainly for someone who will also adjust their daily routine. The capsules alone won’t save long evenings, minimal exercise, or irregular meals.
I would avoid it if allergic to any ingredient and also if someone is dealing with pressure, heart, liver issues, or regularly takes medication. For newly developed or long-term erectile issues, I wouldn’t experiment only with a dietary supplement and would rather seek the cause with a doctor. Such issues can have multiple reasons that the capsules won’t resolve.
I would buy Pulsero again only in a similar period when I felt a decrease in desire and also knew that I could improve my sleep and routine. I wouldn’t expect more from it than it realistically provided. For me, Pulsero is a mild and gradual support for intimate vitality, not a substitute for rest or a solution for more serious issues.
