I tried Erisil Plus because I had a stretch of low libido and inconsistent erections that seemed tied more to stress and tiredness than anything serious. It is a men’s sexual health supplement in capsule form, and I wanted something that might make my response steadier without feeling like I had taken a stimulant.

The capsules were easy to swallow, and that mattered more than I expected. I took two capsules a day with food, usually after breakfast, and I kept that routine going for just over six weeks. When I took them on an empty stomach, I felt a little queasy, so I learned fast to pair them with a real meal like eggs on toast or yoghurt and granola.

The label looked like a typical “male vitality” blend. It included ginseng extract, L-arginine, citrulline malate, tribulus extract, saw palmetto extract, saffron extract, zinc, selenium, vitamin E, and B vitamins such as vitamin B6 and folic acid. To me, it felt aimed at blood flow, stress, and general support rather than a quick, on-demand fix.

What I noticed week by week

The first week was underwhelming for erections. I did notice a small lift in energy before anything else, but it was mild. I just did not crash as hard in the afternoon, and that was about it.

Around week two, my libido started to feel a bit more present. It was subtle, but I caught myself initiating more instead of waiting around to see if the mood would arrive later. It did not cancel stress, and it did not change my sleep, but it was a real shift.

By week three, I started to feel the difference in performance. Erections seemed easier to get going and a little easier to keep, especially in moments when I would usually overthink things. The best way I can put it is that sex felt like it needed less effort from me.

By weeks four to six, the effect had settled into something more consistent. My better days came around more often, and the rough days did not hit my confidence as hard because they were fewer. I also noticed morning erections more often again, not every day, but enough to stand out.

It did not turn me into a machine. It did not give me endless stamina, and it did not fix relationship tension or a bad night’s sleep. For me, it worked more like support than a replacement for basic things like rest, hydration, and less stress.

The downsides I actually felt

  • I felt mild nausea if I took it without food.
  • I had a little reflux once when I took it too close to bedtime.
  • I got a faint headache on a couple of days in week two.
  • I felt a restless, jittery edge if I took it with coffee.
  • I had some extra gas during the first few days.

The daily routine was another downside. This was not a take-it-right-before-sex kind of product in my body. The benefit was gradual, and I had to remember it every day, which meant keeping the box somewhere obvious so I would not forget it.

I also kept in mind that “natural” does not mean harmless. I was not taking other medicines, but a blend with ginseng, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals can still disagree with some people. If someone already has headaches, is sensitive to energy-boosting supplements, or takes prescription treatment for heart or blood pressure issues, I would be careful.

Who I think it suited

Erisil Plus suited me best as a gentle nudge when the real problem was stress, tiredness, and confidence wobble. If you are otherwise healthy and want a gradual improvement in libido and erection quality, I think it is a reasonable try as long as you are patient.

I would skip it if you want a guaranteed effect on a specific night, or if your problem feels sudden and severe. I would also be cautious if supplements tend to make you feel wired or give you headaches. One thing I kept in mind is that this kind of supplement is not the same as a licensed medicine, so I would not treat it casually if I had other health issues or was already on treatment.

Would I buy it again? Yes, but not as a permanent habit. I would use it again as a short course when life gets hectic and my libido or performance starts slipping. For me, it helped most after about three weeks, and the side effects were manageable once I took it with breakfast and avoided mixing it with caffeine.

My verdict: Erisil Plus gave me a steady, gradual lift in libido and erection reliability, but it needed daily use and it did not override stress, poor sleep, or a bad day.
