I tried XtraSize because I wanted a simple daily routine and I hoped for firmer erections. It is sold as a tablet supplement for men, with claims around erection support and penis size, so I kept my expectations cautious from the start.

I took one tablet every morning after breakfast for six weeks. I kept the packet near my cereal so I would not forget it, because I did miss it twice when I left it in the bathroom cabinet. The tablets were easy enough to swallow with a full glass of water, though there was a faint herbal smell when I opened the pack and one tablet sometimes stuck to my tongue for a second.

How it felt during the first few weeks

During the first week, I noticed nothing sexual. The only change was a slightly dry mouth on two days, and I was more disappointed than surprised. By the second week, I felt a bit more interested in sex, and I also worried less about whether I would stay hard. That mental shift mattered more to me than I expected.

Around week three, I started noticing firmer erections on some mornings and during sex. The change was modest. It was not constant, and there were still nights when nothing felt different. On the better days, I had less of that annoying drop in firmness halfway through, and sex felt a little easier because I was not monitoring myself as much.

I also want to be honest about what did not happen. I did not see any meaningful change in length or girth. My check at six weeks looked basically the same as my starting point. That was the biggest gap between the claims and my own experience.

What I liked and what bothered me

I did like that it was simple. One tablet in the morning was easy to fit into my day. I also appreciated that I did not have to change my routine, diet, or add other supplements just to see what it did on its own.

What annoyed me was the inconsistency. I never felt sure whether a better night was from the tablet or just from sleeping well and feeling less rushed. I also had a few mild side effects that I could not ignore:

  • mild heartburn twice after a small breakfast and coffee right after
  • a warm feeling around my face about an hour after taking it
  • slightly dry mouth on two days
  • the daily dose becoming one more thing to remember

I would not call my experience severe, but I also would not call it side-effect-free. The herbal feel of the product made it seem gentle, yet it still seemed active enough to cause a reaction in my body.

Who I think it suits

In my experience, XtraSize may suit a man who mainly wants a modest boost in confidence and is okay with subtle, uncertain results. It may also suit someone who likes a daily supplement routine and is not expecting dramatic changes. I would skip it if the real goal is visible penis growth, because I did not get that at all.

I would also be careful with it if someone has ongoing erection problems and is hoping for a fix in a capsule. It did not solve tiredness, stress, or a low mood for me, and those ordinary things still mattered much more than the tablet. If a man takes medicine for blood pressure, heart conditions, blood clotting, or diabetes, I think it is sensible to check before mixing in a supplement like this.

My verdict: XtraSize gave me a small, inconsistent improvement in erection confidence, but it did not deliver the enlargement I wanted. I would not buy it again as a regular product, because six weeks gave me no proof of size change and the mild flush and heartburn made me second-guess it.
